Refund policy

May I return my order?

We take great pride in the high quality of our hair products, which is why our return rate remains very low. Even so, we fully understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an order, and we're more than happy to accommodate returns for items that haven't been worn or tampered with.

To ensure a smooth return process, please note that the item must be in its original condition with no modifications or alterations. This means it should be unaltered, with the lace uncut, unworn, undamaged, and free of any signs of wear, styling products, or odor.

How to Start a Return

Please feel free to reach out to us first! Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package. We'll be happy to help resolve any concerns and discuss your return details. After your return is approved, please ship the package within 3 days using FedEx or DHL.

Refund Details

Returns due to quality issues (e.g., damaged upon arrival): You will receive a full 100% refund. Please send us photos of the damage as soon as you notice the fault, and we will assist you promptly.

Returns without quality concerns: The buyer is responsible for all return costs, including duties, shipping, restocking fee, taxes, or any additional fees imposed by local customs for international deliveries.

PayPal transaction fees will be covered by us if the return is caused by product quality issues, defects or errors on our part. If the return is due to personal reasons including dislike, improper size, unsatisfactory style, color difference or other subjective preferences, the relevant PayPal fees shall be deducted from your refund and borne by the buyer.

If your return goes missing on its way back to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility, and a refund may not be issued.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

First-time customers only: No restocking fee*

Subsequent purchases: 6% restocking fee (deducted from your refund)

*Only the first item purchased is eligible for a waived restocking fee. Any subsequent items will incur a restocking fee of 6%.

This applies to all eligible returns.

Exchanging My Wig

We're delighted to assist with exchanges for items that meet our "original condition, undamaged, unaltered" criteria. We know choosing the perfect wig online can be tricky!

Contact our customer service via Whats App or email within 7 days of receipt.

For exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping costs (using FedEx or DHL).

If exchanging for a different item, you may need to pay the price difference. Coupon codes cannot be applied to this difference.

We will ship your new wig within 7 working days after receiving, inspecting, and confirming the returned item is in eligible condition.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes: You may modify your order freely within 24 hours of placing it. Once order processing begins, changes are no longer possible.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours. For cancellations requested after 24 hours, a 10% handling fee will apply.

Helpful Notes

Slight differences in color or wave pattern from inspiration photos are not considered quality issues. We do our best to match displayed details, but absolute perfection cannot always be guaranteed.

Custom orders, special orders, clearance items, or any altered/colored items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
