Custom-made wigs are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.

All GoldenCrownWigs products include a Lifetime Maintenance Warranty, covering:

Stitching, clips, and minor lace repairs free of charge.

Additional services (deep conditioning, restyling, recoloring) may incur professional fees.
