- Orders paid (For regular orders without customization requirements, payment will be processed after we confirm receipt of payment) before 4:00 PM CST (equivalent to 3:00 AM EST / 9:00 AM CET / 12:00 PM GST) will be shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the next business day.
- Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next available business day.
- Overnight or expedited shipments may experience delays due to factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather, customs inspections).

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

- Our product prices do NOT include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
- These fees are determined and collected by the destination country’s customs authorities, not by GoldenCrownWigs.
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes when the package arrives in their country.
We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand the potential import fees.

- Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, or logistical disruptions are outside our control.

8.Return Shipment Lost Item Liability Policy
1. If the item is lost during our company-arranged pickup service, we will assume full responsibility for the lost package.
2. If the customer arranges their own return shipping through an independent carrier, we will not be liable for any lost items during transit.
